How do I make a reservation?

You may call or email us with your dates and preferences. If you have seen accommodations at our web site that interest you, we will be happy to check available dates for you. We will need to know how many adults and children are in your party as well as your contact information (mailing address, home/cell phone numbers and email address) to complete your reservation.
When are payments due?

An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Check.
When and how is my security deposit refunded?

Your security deposit will be refunded approximately 2-4 weeks after your departure. We will make every effort to speed this along for you. If you paid by credit card, we will refund your security deposit to the credit card you used for payment.
How do I check-in?

Once your final payment is made you will receive the villa information package.
How do I get the keys and directions to my accommodation?

What can I expect as part of my rental?

As part of your rental, you can expect the following items as part of your rental: beach towels, hair dryer, bed & bath linens, iron & ironing board, free local phone service, glasses, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster & microwave.
